Dishes inspired by Japanese folktales and fairytale realms. Indulge in our specialty, the Unkai Tamatebako (“Jeweled Box”), as well as cuisine prepared with delicious local Shinshu produce that delight the eyes and the palate. We also offer vegetarian kaiseki courses for guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious restrictions on meat and fish consumption.
